Is this hard to set up?

Not really. A short installer puts Hadi on a computer you already own. A one-tap pairing on your phone connects them. About ten minutes. We'll be there if you get stuck.

What can Hadi see and remember?

Whatever you share with it. The messages you write. Things you ask it to track. Calendars and email if you connect them. None of it leaves your machine, and you can read everything Hadi has stored, any time.

What if I lose my phone?

You don't lose Hadi. It's not on the phone — it's on the machine you set up at home. Pair a new phone in two taps and pick up where you were. Until you do, Hadi just goes quiet.

Does Hadi work without internet?

The agent on your machine keeps working at home, on its own. Without internet your phone can't reach it from outside the house — same as any other home setup. Inside the house, most things still happen.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Siri?

Those forget you the moment you stop talking, and send your words to large servers you can't see. Hadi remembers, runs on a computer you own, and doesn't share you with anyone — including us.

Calendar management (creation, editing, and deletion of events via third-party integrations like Google Calendar).
Travel-related workflows including flight searches and booking facilitation.
Direct interaction with third-party APIs and external web services.
Execution of user-approved actions within connected external systems.

3. Agency and Authorization

Hadi AI acts strictly as your digital assistant agent. By connecting external accounts to the Service, you grant Hadi AI explicit authorization to act on your behalf within those systems. You acknowledge that:

Hadi AI is not an independent decision-maker; it executes actions based on your instructions.
Hadi AI is not a fiduciary, financial advisor, travel agent, or legal representative.
You remain solely responsible for the legal and financial outcomes of all executed actions.

4. User Responsibilities

As the principal user, you are responsible for:

Verification: You must verify all AI-generated suggestions and flight details before approval.
Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and connected API keys.
Permissions: Ensuring you have the legal right to grant account access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Hadi AI for:

Fraudulent activities or unauthorized access to third-party accounts.
Spam automation or high-velocity API abuse.
Illegal manipulation of booking systems.
Deceiving individuals by misrepresenting the AI as a human being.

6. AI Output & Execution Disclaimer

AI outputs may be incorrect, outdated, or incomplete. Real-world execution involves inherent risks, including errors in data processing and latency in API communication.

Hadi AI is not liable for hallucinated information or execution errors that occur during the automation process. All final decisions remain yours.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with platforms like Google APIs and travel inventory providers. Hadi AI:

Does not control the up-time or accuracy of third-party systems.
Is not liable for data inaccuracies provided by travel aggregators.
Is subject to the terms and limitations of connected third-party providers.

8. Data & Logging

To execute tasks, Hadi AI must process and transmit user data. You acknowledge that:

Logs of AI actions and API responses are stored for debugging and safety audit.
Data is passed to external services ONLY as required to fulfill requested flows.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, and interface designs associated with Hadi AI are the exclusive property of its owners. No rights are granted other than the limited license to use the Service as a personal assistant.

10. Availability

Hadi AI is provided "as is." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific integrations, without prior notice.

11. Termination

We may immediately suspend or terminate access if we detect:

Unsafe, erratic, or high-velocity automation behavior.
Unauthorized attempts to probe or stress-test integration APIs.
Violation of any part of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Hadi AI is provided with no express or implied warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output or any indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HADI AI BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF TRAVEL BOOKINGS, CALENDAR DATA DELETION, OR AI EXECUTION ERRORS.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

HADI AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AGENT WILL ALWAYS EXECUTE ACTIONS WITHOUT ERROR.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after such modifications shall constitute your consent to the updated terms.
