Defining how Hadi AI manages your digital presence.

Last Updated: June 5, 2026

Scope

This policy applies to Hadi AI mobile apps for iOS and Android. It also covers supported mobile app features tied to those apps, such as share-sheet forwarding or live mobile status surfaces where available. It does not cover the privacy practices of the gateway, server, AI provider, or other services you choose to connect to through Hadi.

Information the app can access

The apps can access the following categories of data, depending on which features you turn on:

  • Setup Data: Gateway host/port, tokens, passwords, TLS fingerprints, and pairing state.
  • Identity: Local device identity and auth tokens used to pair and authenticate.
  • Camera & Photos: Accessed only if you use snapshot, clip, or photo-sharing features.
  • Microphone: Accessed for voice transcription, talk mode, or voice wake features.
  • Location: Used if sharing is enabled. Background location is only used if explicitly permitted.
  • Contacts: Accessed if you use contact search or creation features.
  • Calendar: Google Calendar data and reminders are accessed if features are enabled.
  • Sensors: Motion sensor data for activity or pedometer features.

Where data goes

  • Hadi sends commands, content, and device capability data to the gateway you configure. That gateway may be local, self-hosted, or operated by a third party.
  • If you use voice transcription, relevant platform speech services may process microphone audio and transcripts.
  • If your configured gateway forwards data to AI models, those services will handle data according to their own policies.
  • Mobile operating systems may copy app data through backup, restore, or device-transfer features.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not include mobile ad SDKs in current builds.
  • We do not include mobile analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
  • Current builds do not request SMS read permissions.

Local Storage & Security

Hadi stores connection secrets such as gateway tokens and passwords locally using platform security features, including Android encrypted shared preferences and the iOS Keychain. Temporary files written to app cache are cleared regularly or upon feature completion.

Retention

Data stored on your device generally remains there until you remove it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Data handled by your gateway or any connected third-party service is retained according to that service's independent configuration and policies.

Your Choices

  • Deny or revoke iOS or Android permissions at any time in system settings.
  • Disable features such as location, notifications, or voice inside the app.
  • Clear app storage or uninstall the app to erase local data.

Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as the app changes. Updates will be posted here. For questions, contact us at:privacy@hadi.ai
