    By the time she's at her desk, Hadi has three flights ranked and waiting. She picks one. Taps approve. Now Hadi books it, updates her calendar, and drafts the email to her sister with the arrival time — which it also shows her before sending. She approves the email. Done.

    Your usual is queued.

    “Order my usual from Sweetgreen for 12:50 pickup.”

    Harvest Bowl, no goat cheese, dressing on the side. Hadi pulls up the order, ready to place. She glances, taps approve, and it goes through.

    Ninety seconds.

    Maya

    “Summarize. Three biggest risks. Pull Q3 numbers.”

    Her boss dropped a 47-page PDF in Slack. She forwards it to Hadi. Out comes a one-page summary, three risks with page references, Q3 numbers in a table. Reading and summarizing don't need approval — nothing is being sent or changed.
